How did HealthEat start?

Four years ago, Chef Sara Black established HealthEat.

After experiencing an anaphylactic attack with her daughter that led to an emergency room visit, Sara dedicated herself to creating sterile foods tailored for individuals with food sensitivities chronic diseases that necessitate specific diets.

Our meals are customized for each client, allowing us to address food sensitivities and medical conditions that require a strict menu.

With her extensive experience and professionalism, Sara knows how to develop diverse and appealing menus that meet client needs. In our experience, a more attractive and varied menu makes it easier to maintain dietary adherence over time.
